Pre-Workout Shake

I just posted a new recipe for a pre-workout shake. As you know, your muscles fibers quite literally are torn during intense weight workouts and they need protein at the ready during and immediately after your workouts. Because digestion takes some time, you have to “time” your nutrition, such that your muscles are getting a steady supply of amino acids and sugar (for energy) during and after your workouts. How?
