I just wanted to let you know I created a Yahoo Group called “muscle-build.” This group will serve to be an active community for sharing ideas, tips, and information about bodybuilding, including (but not limited to) bulking up, building muscle, losing fat, and getting stronger. Often times, many of us make the excuse to skip exercise when we have a cold because “we want to rest.” But researchers have found that there is zero correlation between cold longevity and exercise; further, they have found that having a cold doesn't even affect athletic performance!
