I wanted to let you know that I'm trying a couple of new supplements. One is a human growth hormone drop and the other is a testosterone creme. I'm really going to hit the gym hard and watch what I eat.

I want to give these the best chance possible to put on some mass and cut some fat. That's the plan, at least. For now, I'll just say that in about 3-4 weeks, I'll tell you my results.

As you know, I have a bittersweet relationship with supplements. I've tried nearly everything over the years and have found that only a few work consistently (creatine, whey protein, some aminos). I certainly hope these work as promised. I'm going in with an open mind.
