How to Build Muscle Using Body Weight Exercises

There's really no excuse any more not to work out and build the body you want. Guys like Herschel Walker did nothing but body weight exercises. He turned out pretty good. By the way, did you know Herschel is 47? And he's starting his Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) career? He's a 6th degree blackbelt in taekwondo.
