Standing Nilsson Curls

Here's one you may have never seen before — the standing Nilsson Curl. It uses your bodyweight, with your arms braced against a barbell, to do what at first appears to be a chin-up. But it's all biceps! The beauty of the standing version is that you can spot yourself (i.e., lift with your legs) to get in enough reps. In fact, this is the version I suggest you use at first because you may not be able to get in even one rep at first with the “standard” Nilsson curls!
