The 3 Pillars of Weight Training
I just wrote a new page over at Muscle-Build.com called “3 Pillars” – in it I describe the 3 critical COMPLETELY NECESSARY components of a weight training and bodybuilding program. In short, it can be summed up like this –
Train right | Eat right | Rest right
That's really all there is to it. Now, go out and learn how to do each of those things! In some respects, it's harder to learn these things than you could ever imagince (like rest), but in other ways, they're all too easy (less is usually more in training and eating frequency).
