Your Most Important Meal?

I've written about this before, but it bears repeating–your most important meal of the day most likely is NOT:

  • Breakfast or
  • Dinner

On off-days, it could very well be lunch.

But on workout days, your absolute most important meal is your post-workout shake.

There, I said it.
